SKIN TREATMENTS
Microneedling With Mesotherapy
Microneedling is an effective treatment for stimulating the skin’s natural collagen and elastin production, helping to improve firmness, texture and overall skin quality. We use the professional GENOSYS Needle Pen-K, an advanced microneedling device that creates precise micro-channels in the skin to encourage natural renewal while enhancing the absorption and delivery of targeted skincare ingredients.
Our treatment is paired with CLINICARE mesotherapy serums, selected according to your individual skin concerns. Refresh focuses on hydration and rejuvenation, Tight supports firmer, smoother-looking skin, while Glow targets uneven skin tone and pigmentation. This combination of microneedling with mesotherapy helps to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, pigmentation and acne scarring, while promoting a smoother, firmer and more radiant complexion.
Ideal for: fine lines and wrinkles, loss of firmness, uneven skin tone, pigmentation, acne scarring and uneven texture. Microneedling supports collagen and elastin production to help revitalise the skin from within and achieve a healthier, more youthful-looking complexion.

Luxury Dermaplaning
With Enzyme Peel
Dermaplaning is a gentle and effective treatment that uses a sterile surgical scalpel to remove dead skin cells and fine peach fuzz, leaving the skin instantly smoother, softer and more radiant. Contrary to common myths, dermaplaning does not cause facial hair to grow back thicker or darker.
At The Sarah Larvin Clinic, our luxury dermaplaning treatment is combined with a CLINICARE Enzyme Peel to create a powerful dual-exfoliation facial. This combination helps remove dull surface build up, brighten the complexion and leave skin beautifully smooth and makeup-ready, without the flaking or downtime associated with more intensive treatments. Your treatment is finished with a luxurious sheet mask selected to suit your skin’s needs.
Pair with LED light therapy to enhance skin rejuvenation as the light wavelengths penetrate deeper and more evenly into an exfoliated, hair-free surface. Red LED light therapy boosts collagen production and improves pigmentation. Blue LED light therapy can effectively combat acne-causing bacteria.
Ideal for: removal of peach fuzz, deep yet gentle exfoliation, smoother skin texture, improved radiance and an instant healthy-looking glow. It’s an ideal treatment before a special occasion or whenever your skin needs a fresh, luminous boost.

High Frequency
Acne Facial With LED
Our High Frequency Acne Facial is a targeted treatment that uses a gentle electrical current to support clearer, healthier-looking skin. During treatment, the high-frequency device produces oxygen-rich molecules at the skin’s surface, creating an antibacterial effect while gently warming the tissues. This helps stimulate circulation, support the skin’s natural healing process and promote cell renewal.
It is particularly beneficial for oily, congested and acne-prone skin, helping to reduce surface bacteria and excess oil while supporting the healing of blemishes and damaged tissue. Improved circulation also helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to the skin, leaving the complexion feeling refreshed, energised and revitalised.
This treatment includes a double cleanse, facial steamer, exfoliant, high frequency treatment, CLINICARE Pure sheet mask and is finished with Dermalux LED blue light therapy.

Skin Peels With
Dermalux LED
CLINICARE skin peels are gentle yet effective superficial peels designed to refresh and revitalise the skin, helping to improve tone, texture and clarity with minimal downtime. A carefully selected combination of active ingredients works to target common concerns such as dullness, acne, congestion, pigmentation and signs of ageing.
Whether your skin needs a brighter, more radiant appearance or you’re looking to improve texture and breakouts, there’s a CLINICARE peel to suit your needs. Pure Peel is ideal for acne and congestion, Glow Peel targets pigmentation and dullness, while Refresh Peel helps improve fine lines, texture and overall skin rejuvenation.
With soothing and hydrating ingredients incorporated alongside powerful actives, CLINICARE peels offer an effective treatment option without the harsh recovery often associated with stronger chemical peels.
At The Sarah Larvin Clinic, we pair out skin peels with Dermalux LED Light Therapy. LED light therapy can help calm and soothe the skin following a peel, while supporting the skin’s natural repair process.
Downtime: 24 hours
A course of 3-6 treatments is recommended for optimal results
Before booking a skin peel, we recommend the use of professional grade skin products (cleanser, toner, moisturiser, spf) for 2 weeks prior to prep the skin barrier before treatment. If you are unsure, please get in touch so we can advise you.

Combined Luxury
Dermaplaning,
Enzyme Peel &
Mirconeedling
The Sarah Larvin Clinic has created a bespoke Luxury Dermaplaning, Enzyme Peel & Microneedling Facial combining three advanced skin treatments to deliver a deeply refreshed, smooth and radiant complexion. Dermaplaning gently removes dead skin cells and fine vellus hair, creating a clean, smooth canvas, while the CLINICARE Enzyme Peel provides a further layer of gentle exfoliation to brighten and refine the skin.
Microneedling then works deeper within the skin, creating precise micro-channels to stimulate the natural production of collagen and elastin while enhancing the delivery of targeted skincare ingredients. By combining surface-level exfoliation with microneedling, the treatment addresses both the appearance and underlying quality of the skin, helping to improve texture, firmness, fine lines, pigmentation and the appearance of scars. Finished with a luxury sheet mask to leave the skin hydrated.
The result is a luxurious, multi-step skin rejuvenation treatment designed to leave your complexion exceptionally smooth, hydrated, luminous and revitalised. It’s an ideal choice when you want to target multiple skin concerns while achieving an instant, healthy-looking glow.

Dermalux LED
Light Therapy
Why add Dermalux LED light therapy to your treatment?
Dermalux LED Light Therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses clinically proven wavelengths of light to support the skin’s natural repair and rejuvenation processes. With no needles, heat or downtime, it’s a gentle yet effective treatment suitable for a wide range of skin concerns and can be used as a standalone treatment or alongside other facial treatments.
Dermalux uses three key wavelengths - blue (415nm), red (633nm) and near-infrared (830nm) - which can be used individually or combined depending on your skin’s needs. Blue light helps target blemish-causing bacteria and supports clearer-looking skin, while red light encourages collagen and elastin production, helping to improve the appearance of fine lines, hydration and overall skin quality. Near-infrared light penetrates deeper to help calm the appearance of redness and support the skin’s natural healing and repair process.
Professional Dermalux LED therapy delivers targeted, clinically focused light at a higher intensity than many at-home LED devices. It’s a relaxing treatment with no downtime, making it an excellent addition to treatment.
We recommend adding Dermalux LED to skin peels or dermaplaning treatments as the LED light therapy benefits the skin by calming inflammation, accelerating healing and boosting cellular repair on freshly exfoliated skin. However we do not use LED light after microneedling as these two treatments work in the opposite way. Alternatively, LED light can be used the following week after a microneedling treatment.
