TERMS & CONDITIONS
All bookings require a non-refundabe booking fee at the time of booking, this will secure your appointment time and date.
A non-refundable booking fee is taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Appointments can only be moved once with a minimum of 72 hours notice. Any less than 24-72 hours notice will result in the loss of booking fee and a new booking fee will need to be paid to secure a new appointment.
ANY CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE / NO SHOWS or lateness that we cannot accommodate e.g. 15 mins or more, will not only loose the non-refundable booking fee but will be automatically charged 100% of the remaining balance. Further action will be taken for transactions that fail to process to the card details stored. This is to protect against lost time and wages. In the event card details are not stored, you will be invoiced manually for the balance and payment required within 24 hours.
If an appointment needs to be moved, it must be rebooked and completed within 12 months of the original booking fee being paid. After 12 months the booking fee will be lost requiring a new one to re-book.
PMU complementary retouch appointment for new treatments needs to be booked for approximately 6-8 weeks after the original treatment. After 12 weeks, the complementary retouch will no longer be included. A £70 charge will apply should you wish to have the retouch after this time.
By paying your non-refundable booking fee, you accept and adhere to these terms.
Please try to arrive 5 minutes prior to your treatment time. Late arrivals may mean your treatment will need to be re-scheduled with further charges incurred e.g. loss of booking fee.
It remains the client’s responsibility to advise Sarah of any allergies, medical or skin conditions. Clients must be 18 years or over.
After-care advice will be given at the time of treatment, please ensure you follow this advice as it will effect your healing process and overall results.
Please note due to the nature of the work, children are unable to attend the appointment for health and safety reasons. All people in the clinic must be aged 18 or over. No exceptions.
All booking fees and payments are non-refundable in any instance.
