Initial consultations are free of charge. If you would then like to go ahead making an appointment for the treatment, a £50 non-refundable deposit is required. Deposits must be received within 48 hours of request, this will secure your appointment time and date.
Cancellations and Re-scheduling
A minimum 72 hours notice is required for ALL cancellations or appointment re-schedules. Any notice less than this will result in the deposit being lost and a new deposit will need to be taken to secure any future bookings.
Deposits are non-refundable and appointments can only be moved once, with 72 hours notice. Appointments cannot be moved multiple times.
In the event you have not paid a deposit (e.g. touch up appointments) a £50 cancellation fee applies which needs to be paid before you can re-book.
No-shows will also need to pay a new deposit to re-book.
Please try to arrive 5 minutes prior to your treatment time. Late arrivals may mean your treatment will need to be re-scheduled with further charges incurred.
It remains the client’s responsibility to advise Sarah of any allergies, medical or skin conditions. Clients must be 18 years or over.
After-care advice will be given at the time of treatment, please ensure you follow this advice as it will effect your healing process and overall results.
Please note due to the nature of the work, children are unable to attend the appointment for health and safety reasons.
